  3. Partnership. Years to partner, buy-in amount, and what you buy: ASC units, ancillaries, or a title without equity?
  4. Schedule. Endoscopy days versus clinic half-days per week, and how many hospitals you cover.
  5. Malpractice. Occurrence or claims-made, and who pays for tail coverage if you leave?
  6. Noncompete. Radius in miles and length in months, and does it apply if they end your contract?
  7. Visa. Who files the petition, are they cap-exempt, and have they placed a Conrad 30 J-1 physician before?
