Why does ownership matter for a GI job?
"Partnership track" means different things at a physician-owned group, a private equity platform, and a practice owned by a public company or an insurer. Ownership decides who holds the ASC and ancillary income, what a buy-in buys, and who the practice may be sold to next.
How is this list kept?
By hand, dated, one primary source per row: the buyer's SEC filing or announcement, or a named news report quoting the buyer. If we cannot source an owner, the practice gets no badge. Tell us about a change at [email protected].
