Full-time, 36-hour workweek with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule
80% procedures (scopes), 20% clinic, minimal inpatient work
1:4 call rotation with full 24/7 hospitalist program support
Highly collaborative team with NP support and experienced endoscopy and clinic staff
Strong administrative and onboarding support focused on patient care and physician satisfaction
Compensation & Benefits
Annual compensation: $575,000 – $668,314 (includes base salary and potential bonuses)

Active and Clear Washington Medical License
