- Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE fellowship trained gastroenterologist, to join our professional team located in Louisville, KY.
- Practice has 7 MDs, 3 APRNs, and dedicated support staff
- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30pm
- Shared on-call schedule
- Have 1.5-2 days a week in clinic and blocked hospital time for scopes
- Office located on hospital campus
- Sub-specialties include ERCP and EUS
- 8 employed APCs assist with hospital rounds daily and clinic volume
- High volume open access endoscopy program
- Broad referral base from Baptist employed Primary Care providers and affiliated providers
- Inpatient coverage of a single hospital – Baptist Health Louisville
- Weekend call is 1:7
- In-house Pathology
- Expanding GI Hospitalist program
- Baptist Hospital Louisville has 24:7 anesthesia coverage for endoscopy procedures and 24:7 ICU intensivist coverage which decreases night call volume
