  Employment Details:<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Employed for the first two years, with an opportunity for partnership<\/b> upon successful completion of the second year.
    <\/li>
  • Compensation:<\/b>
    <\/div>

    • First 2 years: Base salary of $350k<\/b> with a productivity bonus potential between $50k -$100k<\/b>.
      <\/li>
    • 3rd year: Compensation potential between $500k -$650k<\/b>.
      <\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

      Additional Benefits:<\/b>

      • Vacation:<\/b> 3 weeks of vacation, plus 1 week for CME.
        <\/li>
