Rome Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our dedicated and collaborative team in beautiful Rome, New York. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice high-quality medicine with the support of experienced APPs, skilled physician colleagues, and a forward-thinking leadership team-all within a health system that truly prioritizes provider well-being and patient-centered care.

Competitive Base Salary: $700,000 - $750,000 annually

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of GI procedures and consultations

  • Ensure optimal patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care

  • Work closely with APPs and fellow physicians in a multidisciplinary setting

  • Engage in continuous quality improvement and evidence-based practice

🎯 Candidate Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school

  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Gastroenterology residency

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology

  • Eligible for NY State licensure

  • Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-focused care

  • Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
